This P08B 190 pressure blower is moving sticky air in the asphalt industry. Our solution: This 19″ diameter, 3HP system features a Teflon-coated wheel that dramatically reduces surface friction, preventing sticky material buildup while maintaining consistent airflow. The aluminum housing provides spark-resistant construction essential for volatile fume applications, while the integrated VFD enables precise speed control to match varying process demands. Delivering 1,000 ACFM at 5.0″ w.g. with an inlet vane elbow for smooth airflow transition, this Class 50 construction handles up to 200°F operating temperatures. The combination of specialized coatings, spark-resistant materials, and variable speed control creates a reliable solution for one of industrial ventilation’s toughest applications.
